We are using the poison free wheat grown by cow dung and cow urine which is NON HYBRID & NON GM. Also the bread for the seed named “Bansi” As per the recommendation of Ayurved the flour should be grinned in low rpm, the very first benefit is that this flour is with fiber which flushes out the stomach properly, and secondly high speed milling (like current days) the flour get burned (specially the fiber). and nutrient get destroyed. So we do the grinding in low rpm (video attached) and some of us know this flour name cold flour (ठंडा आटा).
